HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE ON THE TEAM ROSTER?

U4’s – U7’s - 7 players (field 4 & 3 substitutes)

U8’s – U9’s - 11 players (field 7 & 4 substitutes) (Max 12 players)

U10’s - U11s boys or girls - 13 players (field 9 & 4 substitutes) (Max 14 players)

WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION FEES & INCLUSION FOR THE 2025 SEASON?

Under 4’s – Under 7’s - $270 per child - Shirt, shorts, socks, Ball & Water bottle.

Under 8’s – Under 11’s - $375 per child - Game shirt, shorts, socks, Training shirt & Water bottle.

Under 12’s – Under 18’s - $385 per child - Game shirt, shorts, socks & Water bottle.

Under 21's - $400 per adult - Game shirt, shorts, socks & Water bottle

All Age Women’s only - $420 per adult - Shirt, shorts & socks & Water bottle

All Age Men, Over 35 & Over 45 Men only- $450 per adult - Shirt, shorts & socks.​
COMPETITION INFORMATION

Season Starts Saturday 05th & Sunday 06th April 2025.

Pre Season training starts Tuesday 04th March 2025.

Players’ age shall be determined from the age he or she turns between January 1st and December 31st (both dates inclusive) of the current year.

Competition Days:
-
Non-competitive: (U4 – U11’s) Saturday from 0800 – 1300. A complete time and draw will be provided for all age groups.

Competitive: (AA Men's Sunday, Girls only, Women’s & U12’s mixed & above) Sunday from 0830 – 1700. A complete time and draw will be provided for all age groups.

Competitive: (All Age Men’s, Over 35's, Over 45's & Over 50’s) Saturday from 1230 – 1700. A complete time and draw will be provided for all age groups.

Training Days:
-
Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 1700 - 2100 for One hour only at Hammond Park, Ashfield

Tuesday or Thursday between 1700 - 2100 for One hour only at Pratten Park, Ashfield.

Correct uniform, soccer boots/ footwear and shin pads must be worn at all training sessions and games.

All Pirates Players requiring spectacles must wear sports glasses for training and game day.

Player parents or guardians must sign the registration form, therefore agree to adhere to the APFC Code of Conduct (see attached).

Participants agree to indemnify APFC and its Officers against all claims, demands, actions and liabilities of any kind (other than due to wilful negligence) including injuries, breakages, loss or theft, in the course of participating in the Soccer training or Competitions.

Children registering with APFC with a medical issue must provide a letter from his/her doctor regarding treatment of the condition.

Children remain the responsibility of the parents or guardians. APFC will take no responsibility for injury to children sustained through a lack of supervision from parents or guardians.

Once the Early bird deposit or the full registration fees have been paid there will be no refund.

De-registration must be done in writing and sent through to club secretary.

All fines including red cards and team fines must be paid by either player or team.
